control my part. Staying in regret weighed me down, drained my energy and kept me from fully healing. But apologizing to the men I had hurt provided closure to my past behaviors and gave me the ability to love them as the wonderful human beings they are. Now I can think back on the memories we made together with a grateful heart.
And now if we communicate moving forward, I will be able to do so without anything holding me back from being authentically who I am today.
