I gave extra bedding to the sheep for the evening. No lambs in the night. THURSDAY, JANUARY 9TH Morning - Ewes looked fine when I checked at 5:30 a.m. One looked real close and I bet she lambs today. Went to work. Son called with truck trou ble at college so Saturday the plans will change while I drive the five hours Southeast to try and repair his truck for him. Evening - The ewe I thought would lamb had twins today. Daughter and her husband handled everything. They’re great hands and pure ranchy. Feel very blessed to have them home again. I attended a soil conservation district education meeting this evening. FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH Morning - No lambs last night. Heading for a doctor appointment today. They need to do a biopsy on my wife.
