Shirley’s Sweet Potatoes From Shirley Gibson Scrub 5 medium sweet potatoes. Pressure cook for 10 minutes or boil until fork tender. Then peel potatoes and put into mixer with butter or margarine, vanilla and cinnamon and mash. Add a medium can of chunked pineapple (DRAINED). Put into baking dish and top with marshmallow. Bake until the marshmallows are browned.
