DISCOVER THE VIBRANT BEER FEST IN SOUTH ORANGE, NJ

Join the excitement in South Orange as the community comes together for an unforgettable Beer Fest on Saturday, September 14, from 2 PM to 6 PM at the Sloan Street Parking Lot (12 Sloan Street). Organized by South Orange Downtown and South Orange Village, this inaugural event promises a delightful experience for beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike, showcasing the craftsmanship of over 20 local New Jersey brewers and offering a chance to sample more than 40 delicious brews. Beer Fest isn’t just about beer – it’s a celebration of local flavor and fun that brings residents and visitors together. Alongside the diverse selection of craft brews, attendees can indulge in delectable bites from local food

vendors (available for purchase), groove to the beats spun by DJ Lou Smith, and participate in interactive games and activities. Lisa Szulewski, Events & Marketing Coordinator for South Orange Downtown, shares her excitement for the event: “We are thrilled to host the inaugural Beer Fest, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of local brewers. This event not only celebrates New Jersey’s dynamic craft beer culture but also serves as a fundraiser for our Special Improvement District, supporting downtown beautification initiatives and programming to boost our local economy.” Presale tickets are now available online at southorangedowntown.org/

beer-fest: $45 for general admission and $15 for designated drivers. On site tickets will be $5 more on the day of the event. Note that this event is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and over.
