East Bluff community members and friends enjoyed the East Bluff Green Fest. This event mixed a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day with preparation for spring. Participants received gardening, lawn care, and spring cleaning tips and practice with professionals, and kids took part in a flower-making art project and a scavenger hunt.
