On Saturday, April 9, the Center for Prevention of Abuse hosted its 5th annual “I Run With Survivors” 5K run/1 mile walk in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month! This year’s race was back in person at the Levee District in East Peoria. Thanks to sponsors, donors, racers and walkers, more than $9,000 was raised to support CFPA’s free and confidential services for survivors of sexual assault.
