END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Notice to User Do not install or use this software until you have read this agreement. By installing and using all or any portion of this Software you agree to and accept all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. This Walsworth End User License Agreement accompanies all Walsworth software. The term “Software” also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the Software licensed to you by Walsworth. Please read this Agreement carefully. Grant of License Walsworth, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, hereby grants you as a customer or employee representative of Walsworth a non exclusive and personal license to install and use all or any portion of this Software solely for the creation and submission of yearbook pages. You hereby grant to Walsworth a non-exclusive perpetual license to use, display, copy, publish and distribute any copyrighted material or trademarks that you submit to Walsworth using the Software in connection with any services provided by Walsworth to you under a separate agreement or arrangement. Use of the Software You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device; install the Software on a file server for use on a network for the purposes of permanent installation onto hard disks or other storage devices; and make backup copies of the Software. You may make and distribute unlimited copies of the Software to each computer workstation used in the creation and submission of your yearbook pages, as long as each copy that you make and distribute contains this Agreement and the same copyright and other proprietary notices pertaining to this Software that appear in the Software. Software downloaded from the Internet or any other source is subject to all provisions of this Agreement. You may not make and distribute any copies of the Software or sublease or assign the Software to companies or individuals not a customer of, employed by or representing Walsworth Inc., or use the Software in a service bureau arrangement or otherwise for the benefit of such companies or individuals.

Restrictions on Limited License This Software is owned by Walsworth and its suppliers, and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of Walsworth and its suppliers. You may use trademarks only insofar as required to comply with this Agreement and to identify printed output produced by the Software, in accordance with accepted NETWORK USERS 20
