General Provisions If any part of this Agreement is found void, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement. Updates and additional related software may be licensed to you by Walsworth with additional or different terms. This agreement supersedes any prior representations, discussions, undertakings or communications relating to the Software. This agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Missouri.
