In addition to providing direct contact by email or telephone for technical support, Walsworth also offers all customers the option of using an online interactive desktop support service. This service allows customers to engage in a live help session with Computer Support specialists. During a session, customers can text chat with one of our specialists, and even allow us to remotely observe or control their desktop to troubleshoot an issue or demonstrate a process. To use, customers simply need the ability to view dynamic content on the web and the ability to allow pop-up support windows from the browser.
