32. Titus Ragalie Lead Floor Tech/Sales Manager Treadline Hardwood TUALATIN, OR

33. Sean Rock President Haggart Floor Supplies MASPETH, NY Sean Rock is a second-generation wood flooring professional. He took over the family business from his father and continues its incredible “customer first” attitude. He thinks outside the box about expanding his business (he not only has an installation/sand and finish business but also recently opened a sundries location), while using all the tools the NWFA offers. Energetic, enthusiastic, risk-taker, and entrepreneurial spirit are just a few words that were used to describe him in his nomination. Rock is always ready to lend a helping hand to those who ask in our industry, even if it’s a competitor. A true family man who works many hours on his business, Rock still makes time to coach his son’s youth hockey team. It is a rewarding experience not only for the athletes but for the coach as well.

Since Titus Ragalie’s family owns a company that installs, sands, and finishes wood flooring, it’s no surprise that he started working on jobsites as a child. By his early teen years, he was running crews and selling projects on his own. After graduating from high school, he began to oversee customer service, sales, project management, and daily

operations. When his parents spent less time with the company, he became the face and leader of the Treadline team. His accomplishments include growing the crews, training team leaders, increasing sales, executing marketing projects, expanding into larger construction projects, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Ragalie has developed and marketed a growing meet-up of local car enthusiasts, collaborating with the group to develop community service and volunteering opportunities. He has assisted young car builders with their introduction to rebuilds, wraps, and other car projects. He is involved in several local car shows and works alongside their leadership to grow and encourage participation.

34. Jake Schlichte Owner North Country Hardwoods AUBURN, NH

Jake Schlichte started working with his dad as a teenager and quickly discovered his passion for wood floors. He founded North Country Hardwoods with the goal of constantly raising the standard for excellence and customer service. He attends industry trainings and events like NWFA Expo because staying on top of industry developments is a

priority for him. He also had the chance to travel to Germany as part of Lägler’s “Fly and Sand” experience. Additionally, as a part-owner of a flooring distributor, he can support his local market with quality products and materials. Schlichte is involved heavily in local sporting and social events. He is passionate about two- and four-wheel sports, having been part of a racing team and owning modified cars and motorcycles. An avid fan of martial arts, he trains alongside his brothers and sons. He also enjoys traveling with his family, which includes his five children.
