Hunter Noe Territory Sales Manager Metropolitan Hardwood Floors Inc. KANSAS CITY, KS
Hunter Noe’s parents have owned a flooring company for 24 years. He worked for them for 12 years, starting on the installation crew and then moving into a sales role. Noe joined Metropolitan Hardwood Floors in 2024, where he has served as a territory sales manager and worked diligently to build the Kansas and Missouri markets. Noe spends his free time passing on his skills and passion for soccer. He is a coach and mentor for a local junior high girls’ soccer team and an assistant coach for a local high school girls’ soccer team. In addition to coaching, he personally covers the cost of uniforms, gear, and winter clothing – items that the program would otherwise be unable to afford. His commitment extends far beyond the field, making a lasting impact on the students and the team. Through his generosity and mentorship, Noe has created a positive and lasting impact on the athletes and the entire program.

Ben Norton Owner Footprints Floors of Kentucky LOUISVILLE, KY
Ben Norton began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with EY before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey as the owner and operator of Footprints Floors of Kentucky in November 2021. In just three years, the franchise expanded from Louisville into the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati region, its team tripled in size, and it achieved consistent year-over-year growth of 35 percent. Recently, he developed a data analytics tool to improve marketing efficiency and contribute to the national franchise system’s broader vision as a member of the marketing steering committee. Today, his franchise is recognized among the strongest performers within the Footprints Floors system. Norton and his wife, Elizabeth, are dedicated to paying it forward. They are passionate about supporting organizations that profoundly have shaped their lives and the lives of others. Together, they have led Bible studies for young adults, served on the event committee for his high school’s annual benefit banquet, and continue to provide meaningful volunteer support to individuals experiencing crisis pregnancies in their community.
