The group also oper ates three hotels, The Roy Wilkins Auditorium, Bunker Hills Event Cen ter, and the Saint Paul RiverCentre. In addition to cre ating fresh concepts, Morrissey Hospitality is actively seeking oppor tunities to open sec ond locations of specific brands, including Ital ian restaurant/wine bar Pazzaluna and Stock yards Tavern & Chop
house. “Venues, event centers, and off-prem ises catering, as well as our continued growth in hotels are also top of mind,” says Elizabeth Morrissey Brown, princi pal and vice president of business development and marketing.
