ODDtober at the Tennessee Aquarium EXPERIENCE THE WONDERFULLY WEIRD THIS FALL

T his October, the Tennessee Aquarium invites visitors to discover the wonderfully weird side of nature during ODDtober , a month-long celebration of curiosity, oddities, and underwater antics. From the moment you step into the riverfront campus, spanning two stunning buildings of freshwater and saltwater exhibits, it’s clear this is more than a typical aquarium visit—it’s an adventure for the eyes, mind, and imagination. Wander through exhibits filled with fascinating creatures from around the globe, and you’ll notice something watching you: eyes

of all shapes and sizes peering back, each one a glimpse into the mysteries of the animal kingdom. In Delta Country, guests can uncover the “bones in the bayou,” while in the River Journey lob by, the Aquarium introduces “not-so-creepy” creatures that may just change the way you see some of the world’s most misunder stood animals. Every Saturday at 2 p.m., SCUBA divers transform ordinary pumpkins into underwater jack-o’-lanterns during the fan-favorite Underwater Pumpkin Carving show , with fish swirl ing curiously around their creative displays.
