H MOSER & CIE PIONEER CYLINDRICAL TOURBILLON Following a collaboration with MB&F last year, independent Swiss watch brand H Moser & Cie went on to develop its own one-minute fl ying tourbillon movement, HMC 811. The open-worked caliber is the brand’s fi rst to combine the fl ying tourbillon with a cylindrical hairspring. Housed in the Pioneer case, it boasts an o ff -center funky blue fumé dial with applied hour markers that are made of Globolight, a luminous ceramic compound. JACOB & CO JEAN BUGATTI

From the typically outrageous Jacob & Co comes the classical-looking Jean Bugatti watch that is a fi rst in several ways. Three years in the making, the 46mm timepiece houses the JCFM09 caliber with two one-minute fl ying tourbillons and a revolutionary high-frequency, double-retrograde chronograph with split hands and digital jumping counters. The dial is meant to recall the appearance of the 1930s Type 57 SC Atlantic Bugatti roadster grill. Time is displayed on the periphery of the dial using two short red hands.
