Brave Enough To Be Bliss

I have apologized to my former husband and my daughter, and I sincerely and deeply regret the pain I caused them, as well as his wife. It was wrong, but it was real.

And yet even regretting the pain created for others, I can now look back on myself with compassion, understanding I didn’t yet know what I know now about myself and my behaviors, and the resulting impact on my relationships.
