Brave Enough To Be Bliss
I thought maybe it was time to check off “Practice Yoga or Meditation” from my bucket list, either of which would help me learn to breathe. And Andrea can help me with this, too. I tease her in my mind, saying she was the one who started all this, so she can help me finish this part.
In reality, though, I’m grateful to her for helping me uncover what may be holding me back from a future fully free from any other traumatic memories that are still buried in my mind and body.
