A very urban savvy, vigorous evergreen with widely spreading branches and loose, airy, silvery-gray foliage. Attractive silver-blue berries are great for holiday decorations. A hybrid between J. communis and J. chinensis. The foliage resembles 'Blue Star', but the overall color has a mix of green and blue. The needles are short and arranged in the formation of a star. Fall dormant color adds some purplish color. Excellent, fast growing juniper with a nice narrow shape. These deer resistant plants can grow a foot or more in a season.

An excellent upright growing juniper. 'Fairview' will have lustrous, dark green foliage all winter accentuated by a nice crop of dark blue berries. Tolerant of most soil if not continually wet and prefers full sun. Grows 12-15' tall by 6-8' wide. 12-15'x6-8' Zones 4-8

Eastern Redcedar is a commonly found upright evergreen native to the upper midwest. Color will be green during the growing season and changing to a soft, plum purple in the winter. This is a parent of many of the cultivated varieties of upright Juniper. Redcedar is drought and salt tolerant. One of the most common uses of the wood is in the manufacture of cedar chests. 20-30'x12-20' Zones 2-9
