J. communis var. depressa 'AmiDak' BLUEBERRY DELIGHT® JUNIPER

A North Dakota State University introduction. A dense, low, spreading juniper. Foliage color is dark green with a silvery-blue line on each needle. A female selection that only gets about 12" tall and spreads up to 4-5'. Fruit is set when a male plant is nearby. Prefers a very dry location. 12"x4-5' Zones 3-7

A beautiful, tall growing, conical tree with spreading horizontal branches, quite flexible. Needles are 1" long, of a soft bluish-green color. A rapid growing tree, prefers moist, acidic soil and wind protection. Requires a well-drained soil. 40-60' Zones 3-6

FIR PSEUDOTSUGA

One of the best evergreens for planting in shady sheltered locations which are protected from the wind. Hemlock likes the east side of a building and plenty of moisture, preferring acidic soil. A graceful tree with loose, open growth, slender and drooping branches. Hemlock can be sheared. Very fussy when transplanting. Be sure to maintain good moisture. Mulch plants and water during periods of drought. 30'x40' Zones 4-7

Daub's Frosted Juniper is a medium sized, spreading juniper with blue-green foliage tinted with golden new growth. Pendulous branch tips are frosted yellow and an excellent contrast to the mature foliage. Grows 2-3' tall and spreads to 5' wide. 2-3'x5' Zones 4-9

A dense, dwarf evergreen with rich green foliage and a lacy texture. This semi-spreading grower is good for foundations or mass plantings. 12-18"x3-5' Zones 3-7
