Kayleigh Schultea Sam Houston State – Volleyball 1. My favorite memory was Project Prom this year. It was a lot of fun and a big bonding moment for the senior class. 2. The support system here.

Trent Caram Lamar University – Baseball 1. I would say the bus rides back to school after taking a dub, listening to music and eating Whataburger. 2. Everyone is there to support you, especially the coaches. All the friends on the baseball team support you no matter where you go.

Alex Gutierrez Sam Houston State – Rugby 1. I would say this year when we played Strake Jesuit [in rugby]. People stacked the odds against us, and we ended up winning by a point in the last minute. 2. I would say the friendships I made here, because a lot of these guys I’ve grown up with since freshman year. Some even since middle school. Now, I’m going to go to college with one of them and play rugby with him.
