Installation for Mac To install the Enhancements: 1. Go to Support Download in Yearbook Help and download the 2023 InDesign CC2021 or CC2022 Enhancement Installer. 2. Double click the version of InDesign you have installed on your computer to begin installation. 3. You should not have any other applications open while you install. 4. Follow the instructions as they are presented. Installation will proceed, and all files will be copied to your computer. 5. A dialog will appear to let you know that installation has finished. Click Quit to exit the installer. 2023 INDESIGN ENHANCEMENTS CONTENTS: • InDesign Enhancements Color Information, Portrait Flow, Express Libraries, PDF Builder, File Builder, Walsworth Yearbook Help, Index, Walsworth Control Center and PDF Submit. • WPCYB folder This folder is created at the base of the hard drive and contains a series of folders and files to help with yearbook organization and creation. The following items are installed in the WPCYB folder: • AWPC Fonts See Installing Fonts in this manual for information on using AWPC fonts. Any AWPC font you wish to use must be installed. • Size Core Libraries Ads, Clubs, Collage, Sports, Student Life, Theme. • Express Libraries folder Contains templates for various page elements such as headlines, scoreboards, info boxes, survey results and sidebars. • Walsworth Items folder Contains a PDF Catalog of the Total Design templates as well as the direct URL to Members Only to download and install the Total Design templates to InDesign. What Will Install – Windows The following outlines the standard installation for Walsworth’s Enhancements. • InDesign Enhancements: CC2021-CC2022\Plug-ins\Wpc_ID • WPCYB folder: Base of the C: drive and a shortcut on desktop What Will Install – Mac The following outlines the standard installation for Walsworth’s Enhancements.
