POSITION SUMMARY: District 15 is seeking a prosecutor who will be responsible for a variety of legal duties, specifically the prosecution of felony and misdemeanors. Other specific assignment duties will vary based on experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school • Admitted to and in good standing with the OBA or scheduled for the next Oklahoma Bar exam • Possess excellent oral advocacy, legal analysis and legal writing and editing skills • Display strong organizational, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and team- work skills • Must be able to pass a fingerprint and background check and secure and maintain a favorable background EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience is not required but preferred.
