Rich conducted hundreds of in- person interviews with key decision makers to learn ways to more effectively evaluate Kforce’s level of customer service. Instead of gauging customer service anecdotally, Kforce’s representatives now have processes for identifying areas in which the current level of service can continue to evolve toward exceptional customer service. “If we retain our key customers better than our competitors, then organic growth becomes more obtainable,” said Rich.
