HEATHER FAUL Director of Nursing Spring River Christian Village 201 S. Northpark Lane Joplin, Missouri 417.623.4313
A faith-based, not-for-profit organization, Spring River Christian Village is deeply committed to the well being of all their residents and their families and has been providing superior care and services as a senior living facility for over 30 years in the Joplin community. Spring River Christian Village would like to introduce Heather Faul to the community. Heather is the new director of nursing. Heather joined the Spring River Family in May 2022, and they are thrilled to have her and what she brings to Spring River. Heather became a nurse in 2015 and then began working at INTEGRIS Miami Hospital until 2019 in the Generations unit as an RN and then clinical supervisor. She worked for Spring River Christian Village in the past as a Station 3 supervisor. Heather then went to work for St. Francis Hospital in Vinita, Oklahoma, where she was a staff nurse on the geriatric psych unit, then she became the clinical supervisor. Heather rejoined the Spring River Christian Village family in May 2022 stating, “It felt like home.” She wants to use her experience to help continue to improve employee working conditions and patient outcomes. Spring River Christian Village congratulates Danielle Pauda, the previous director of nursing, for moving to the administrator-in-training program. Danielle started her nursing career at Spring River Christian Village as an RN charge nurse. “Spring River has been a blessing to work for and has always been supportive with my decisions to further my career,” said Danielle. While Danielle was hesitant to leave her clinical team whom she worked so well with, she knew her new team had the same goal: do what is best for the residents and patients. Danielle’s goal is to be the health care administrator and provide excellent compassion and loving care for the elders.
