Over the years, North Jersey Pride blossomed into a dynamic force for change, hosting a range of events and activities that resonate with families and individuals from all walks of life. The organization’s flagship events, still include the North Jersey Pride Festival as well as the North Jersey Pride Run. Most recently, NJP launched the RAD Family Program, a support network tailored for transgender and gender-fluid children, teens, and their parents. Through RAD Family, North Jersey Pride is not only changing lives but also fostering a sense of belonging and understanding within the LGBTQ community. C.J. elaborates, “RAD Family is a testament to the power of support and acceptance in transforming the lives of young individuals navigating their gender identities.” The journey of North Jersey Pride is a testament to the resilience and commitment of its founder and team, who continue to champion diversity, equality, and love in all its forms.
