SOMA Living February 2023

the look at home, every day . - Yoni Kreger, YK Salon Sandra is a character. And fittingly enough, we had a wardrobe that reminded us of

lip to a sheer berry tint to compliment her undertones. Plus cream blush of lip color to mimic flush and soft taupes with chocolate smudged tight eyeliner for theeyes. Intheend we decided to add some natural end wispy lashes ;) for fun - Tanya Marques, Makeup artist My aim for Sandra’s hairstyle was for it to reflect her infectious, bubbly personality. After assessing her skin tone, eye color, and face shape, I created a rich, warm base color with soft, honey-toned highlights to add dimension. I tapered the cut on the sides and the back, elevating the length toward the top to accentuate and enhance her natural curl texture. By styling with our YK Curl Defining Cream, Sandra can easily recreate

characters. From the Princess Leia dress to the Big Bird Jacket to the Barbar the Elephant shirt. For the jumper, we kept the lighting directional and soft. My assistant Rowan, chose the perfect tan paper from all our backdrops to match the belt. The yellow feather jacket called for outdoor sunlight. We got lucky with a sliver of sun coming through on the cloudy day. - Lee Seidenberg Photography We’re looking for interesting people for upcoming issues.
