Denise is the founder of MyBOD Wellness, a boutique Pilates service in Maplewood and online. She trained under Joseph Pilates’ protégé, Romana Krysanowska, and combines classical Pilates with various somatic practices like yoga, dance, Alexander, and Feldenkrais to offer a fresh
