SOMA Living August 2022

adding dimension and movement through layers that frame her face. Lastly, I created loose waves for a soft, yet semi-glamorous vibe. Yoni Kreger, YK Salon

We had a lot of funwith Denise. Shewas easygoing, open to different ideas, and tall. In these portraits, we wanted to show off her strength as well as her femininity. Posing her was easy. Denise is from sunny California, so for the halter top shot, we wanted to make it seem bright and sunny. We chose a small strobe and yellow backdrop. We thought a blue backdrop would make her stripe pants and red leather jacket pop. For the black dress, wewent in tight with bright, flat light to bring focus on her makeup and hair, and of course, her smile. - Lee Seidenberg Photography
