VISION Building our community to be a place where individuals, families and businesses grow and prosper CORE PROGRAMS Entrepreneurship Training: The aspiring owner will receive training that allows for a good business foundation, while the seasoned owner will learn techniques to accelerate their growth Minority Contractor Development: De signed to increase the business acumen of small contractors Using subject matter experts in construction, participants will be trained in managing a profitable construction business and obtain back-office support. Information Technology Training: Provides training toward national certifications op portunity for those who want to pursue a career in IT Classes also include corporate training (Microsoft and Google), digital skills for older adults, and a Youth STEAM coding/robotics program. Workforce Solutions: Addresses resume preparation, interviewing, and soft skills needs of job seekers to ensure long term career opportunities and a sustainable workforce Strong relationships with hir ing partners and after placement coaching ensure success ADDED VALUE SERVICES  Classrooms  Computer Lab  Back Office Support  Mailbox and Answering Services  Rental Office Space Available
