VISION CWTCwill lead Central Illinois in successful integration of people with disabilities. WHAT WE DO CWTC provides essential training to adults with disabilities to help them maximize their independence and affords them the opportunities to live, work and grow in their communities. Our individuals receive a variety of services including job skills training, life skills training, development of skills that improve, safety, health and well-being. These services are provided to adults with disabilities in their residential settings, vocational programs, community settings and community employment sites. Community Services Community Housing – Assistance with independent living skills Community Integration - Day training services focused on life skills and volunteerism
Employment Services Organizational Employment – in house training on subcontract work Community Employment – job skills training, job placement, job development with community employers DID YOU KNOW? Individuals with disabilities placed in community jobs by CWTC have an 85% retention rate after one year!

HOW TO HELP CWTC is a local not-for-profit that is empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently in their community. Through your financial support you can assist these individuals in maximizing their independence. You can support CWTC through financial sponsorships at events, personally donate as an individual, sponsor a group home, third-party fundraising, endowments, memorials or annual giving.
