Through low vision rehabilitation specialists, we will support each individual patient through a treatment plan that allows them to maximize their independence. Our educational community day services program provides a curriculum-based training program tailored to meet the needs and desires of each person we serve. Through daily living skills training, group projects, volunteer opportunities and work-like opportunities, we are supporting each person to be as independent as they wish to be.
