PLENARY SESSIONS: NEW VISIONS FOR LIPID SCIENCE The plenary program featured 25 internationally recognized scholars, including well-known academicians, presenting breakthroughs across lipid metabolism, marine bioactives, green processing, structured lipids, and woody oil resources. These sessions set a high scientific tone for the conference.
