He is an NWFA Certified Installation Professional and has collaborated with other NWFA members on jobs around the United States. He shares educational videos on social media, showcasing his passion for what he does. Mendez Vargas is very involved in the Hispanic community around the Lynnwood/Seattle area. He has mentored many upcoming floor crafters, helping them troubleshoot jobs and offering business advice. 40. Cody Wolfe Sales Director Antique Building Solutions HOWARD, PA Growing up in a family with a lumber company, Cody Wolfe fell in love with reclaimed lumber and historical architecture. He has an in-depth knowledge of U.S. lumber history, expertise in identifying and working with historical and reclaimed materials, and a strong eye for design. He even presented on the history and unique qualities of reclaimed lumber during the 2025 NWFA Wood Flooring Expo. Wolfe joined Antique Building Solutions in 2020 after meeting with the owner to build the company’s website. There, he is dedicated to providing exceptional service and thrives in helping customers navigate the reclaimed elements in their projects. Wolfe’s number one priority is his family (wife, Nikki, and sons, Wyatt and Tanner). He loves to travel, and uses time spent hunting and fishing to instill passion and dedication in others. He is often a go-to in the community for businesses wanting to grow and dive into marketing.

Nicholas West has played a key role in advancing West Flooring & Design since joining the family business in 2015. He now oversees the company’s finish mill and project management as a partner and director of operations. His involvement spans every facet of the business, giving him a comprehensive perspective on both hands-on craftsmanship and operations. West is known for achieving custom colors that are unique within the industry, blending his affinity for color, material chemistry, and eye for architectural detail. His command of the prefinishing process gives West Flooring & Design the ability to create or match any color with exceptional consistency. Deeply involved in his community and family life, West enjoys spending time with his two young children. He coaches ice hockey and enjoys the community network he has formed by playing on three recreational hockey teams. Each year, he takes part in a Veterans Day charity tennis tournament, enjoying the sport while benefiting the community.
