Gilbert, Arizona

Gilbert’s fire protection was afforded to our citizens by a volunteer organization for many years. The town council purchased fire protection equipment including trucks and fire engines. In recent years, Gilbert has created a profes sional emergency services organization that is as modern as any in America. Below, however, let us look at our old fire-fighting equipment and a couple of the volunteer teams that served our community.
