V irtually unrecognizable from the sleepy little town of the past, the City of Fulshear has grown from a population of just 1,134 in 2010 to over 34,000 residents in 2022. According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Population and Housing Estimates Program, Fulshear is the fastest-growing small town in America. This type of growth is nothing new to the Katy area, as its population skyrocketed with the completion of the Grand Parkway

According to the World Population Review, the average household income for residents of the City of Katy is $147,414, and nearly 80% of residents own their homes. The demographics for residents of the City of Fulshear are also very strong, with an average household income of $196,263 and a homeownership rate of 94%.
