It ’s no secret that the Fulshear-Katy area is a thriving community, boasting top-rated schools, outstanding recreational activities, and numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. In fact , Katy ISD is one of the fastest-growing school districts in the state, adding approximately 2,200 new students each year and projected to serve more than 100,000 students by 2027. Though, despite its rapid growth, Katy ISD remains a leader in educational excellence. Students in Katy ISD engage in rigorous learning experiences and have access to an array of opportunities in career and technical education, FFA, school clubs and extracurricular activities that meet their interests. Likewise, they consistently outper form their peers across Texas on state assessments. It goes without saying that the District ’s success is largely sustained through the support of our community, alongside the high-quality instruction provided by our talented and passionate educators. At every campus, you’ll find staff supporting both the academic needs and well-being of students through unparalleled learning that prepares each child to create the future. It is because of the attention that we give to every student that the District , on an annual basis, has earned an “A” rating from the Texas Education Agency, an A+ on Niche’s educational report and a Superior Achievement assessment from the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. The Fulshear-Katy area, without a doubt , represents a community that deeply values education.
