Before joining the Trust Company, Pankow served as senior client experience manager for Key Private Bank. Earlier, she was trust officer and private wealth advisor at FineMark National Bank & Trust, Fort Myers. At the same time, she was serving as the economic and financial analyst consultant at The World Bank. Pankow is a Certified Financial Planner professional who also holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations, and Philanthropic Solutions in Financial Planning Certificate through the Financial Planning Association. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. She is a founding member of the Southwest Florida Women in Investment Management Committee and acknowledged for the Soaring Eagles Society by FGCU Lutgert College of Business. Pankow was also an Honors Graduate of the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida Trust and Wealth Management School.

Rodriguez

Rodriguez was most recently employed by First Horizon Bank as senior vice president, commercial banking team lead for Broward and Palm Beach counties. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Rodriguez is a long-standing community and civic leader currently serving in key leadership roles including Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Central Palm Beach Chamber and Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County. throughout the state of Florida, working with business partners to guide clients towards more efficient and cost effective cash flow operations, while also educating them on fraud awareness and banking changes. Aarons came to Capital City Bank in 2016, bringing with her 15 years of prior banking experience. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Louisiana Monroe, is an Accredited ACH Professional and is a graduate of the Leadership Tallahassee Class 40. In 2022, Aarons received the Julian V.
