First National Bank of Pasco (FNB) announced the promotion of Mike Mashke to senior executive vice president – chief revenue officer and chief credit officer. Mashke was previously executive vice president and chief lending officer of FNB. In

his new position, Mashke will fill two preeminent roles on the Executive Management Team. As chief revenue officer, he will be responsible for generating new non-interest income sources for the bank and for creating a Specialty Banking Division. Additionally, Mashke will oversee the Cannabis Banking new client onboarding as well as sponsoring low-risk fintech solution providers. This role also encompasses the direction of all marketing-related activities for the bank. In the role of chief credit officer, Mashke will manage FNB’s credit team, who oversees all credit functions of the bank. Prior to joining FNB in 2015, Mashke served several banks in commercial loan production and relationship management going back to 1981, including Barnett Bank, Pilot Bank (formerly The Terrace Bank of Florida), Mercantile Bank, NorthStar Bank, and IBERIABANK. Mashke holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of South Florida, and Graduate School of Banking diploma from the University of Colorado Boulder.

USCB Financial Holdings, Inc., and its wholly owned bank subsidiary U.S. Century Bank, announced the appointment of Luis de la Aguilera to succeed Aida Levitan, Ph.D., as chairman of the Board of Directors for both the company and the bank.

Cadence Bank announced the appointment of Shanna Kuzdzal as chief legal officer. Kuzdzal succeeds Chuck Pignuolo, who has served as Cadence’s chief legal officer since 2014 and retired in June. In her new role, Kuzdzal will provide legal counsel

He is also a graduate of the Alabama Banking School, a certified planning and zoning official through the University of North Florida and is currently a freshman at the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. White’s strong commitment to the Bay County community is evident through his extensive involvement in leadership roles in various organizations. For eight years, he served as Chairman of Robertsdale Planning and Zoning, showcasing his dedication to shaping the community’s growth and development. He has also held notable positions such as Chairman of Deacons and Treasurer at Robertsdale First Baptist Church and served as President and Treasurer for the Eastern Shore Sertoma Club. White is a distinguished graduate of Leadership Mobile.
