Pacific National Bank Celebrates 40 Years of Service

P acific National Bank (PNB) is proud to celebrate its 40th anniversary this year. Founded in 1982 as an Edge Act bank with Ecuadorian ownership, PNB’s initial focus was to serve an Ecuadorian clientele, however, the bank has since transitioned into a full-service community bank now proudly owned by individual domestic investors. Headquartered on Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Financial District, PNB has branches in Coral Gables, Aventura and Boca Raton, with two more slated to open this year in Pinecrest and Weston. Community Bank of the South Celebrates 25 Years of Local Legacy

All grant recipients provide post-purchase homeownership support, foreclosure counseling, financial assistance funds (when accompanied by post-purchase counseling), essential repairs, energy efficiency improvements, legal assistance and/or property tax relief programs.
