Bluff View Art District includes the Bluff ViewBakery, Bluff View Inn, Rembrandt’s Coffee House, Rembrandt’s Coffee Company, River Gallery, River Gallery Sculpture Garden and Tony’s Pasta Shop& Trattoria. It is spread over 1.5 city blocks and provides breathtaking views all around. neighborhood for many years, Dr. Charles and Mary Portera began updates in the 1990s. They bought a building that is now Rembrandt’s Coffee House and River Gallery in 1991. Over a

herbs, seasonal vegetables, and year-round flower to the restau rants on site, as well as for the pleasure of guests lodging in the Bluff View Inn.
