EXPLORE PARIS

Everyone thinks they know Paris. The city of love. The city of lights. Home to that terrible triangular eyesore (if you’re talking to locals) or the world’s greatest monument (if you’re talking to the camera- wielding tourists beneath it). A place of chic Chanel-clad ladies parading along even chicer rues . Then there’s the wine, the meat, the cheese (oh, the cheese), the Louvre, the Champs- Élysées, the artists in corny Breton stripes and berets touting portraits in charming Montmartre…We could go on. This, though, is the Paris that everyone knows. The Paris that every guidebook will direct you to and that almost every travel magazine will paint in words; sweet enough but plastic, touristy, a bit tired. Our Paris is a little different. Here we curate the Paris you really want to see. The restaurant tables that those in the know ask for; the cafés Parisians head to for their morning espresso; the suites you’ll want to check in to and call home for the next few days. Then there's the club where Kate Moss and Sofia Coppola head when they’re in town; the club-turned-hotel that counted Mick Jagger and Grace Jones as dance floor regulars; the undiscovered (for now) designers whose stores you absolutely must hunt down instead of elbowing your way through the tourist stomping ground of Galeries Lafayette. Ultimately, these are the places to see, to be seen in, and where, in turn, you’ll see the people you want Total guide to Paris

to actually rub shoulders with. This is the Elite guide to Paris.
