Originally from Shanghai, Kenny is a London-based fashion editor and stylist.

Charles has lived in Tokyo for 17 years. He writes mostly for Condé Nast Traveller and Travel + Leisure . His project, People Make Places, is a collectable, hardcover book, as well as a handy iPhone and iPad app, to carry while exploring the city; plus he offers a concierge service to help travelers while they are out and about. p114

Michelle graduated from the Royal College of Art in London. Her work uses a combination of traditional collage techniques with digital technology and has been featured in the international design press. Past commissions include the BBC, Penguin Books, as well as The Wasp Factory by Iain Banks. She illustrates a regular column for The Globe and Mail in Toronto. p144

After studying in London, Liverpool and Leeds, Chris moved to Buenos Aires. There he wrote for the US and UK press and edited the first Time Out Guides to Buenos Aires and Patagonia. Chris has written for the Daily Telegraph , The Guardian , Condé Nast Traveller , the Financial Times; he's also contributed to more than 20 guidebooks. p122

From Apple to Zipcar via the Smithsonian Magazine and Burberry – Tim has photographed them all. He bought his first camera while on a school trip in Germany and "so began my life as a photographer". He hopes that through his work people glimpse moments that are simple and everyday, yet extraordinary and beautiful. p130

While studying at Wimbledon School of Art, and following a recommendation by the late Alexander McQueen, Kenny designed and made outfits for David Bowie’s Earthling tour. Kenny has also worked with Orlando Bloom, Cate Blanchett, as well as Beyoncé. p82
