• Mezcal - The signature restaurant of Montage Los Cabos, in the amazing Twin Dolphin master planned development, sets the bar extraordinarily high when it comes to truly gourmet Mexican cuisine. Under the watchful direction of Chef Alexis Palacios, guests are introduced to a culinary tour through Mexico. One of only a few truly gourmet restaurants located in the tourism corridor to offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. • Toro Latin Kitchen & Bar - The name Toro, meaning, “bull” in Spanish and “tuna belly” in Japanese, sets the stage for specialties seasoned with Pan Latin flair. Overlooking the beautiful surroundings of Punta Ballena, the restaurant serves ceviche bar, small plates for sharing, grilled entrees and an impressive selection of signature cocktails and Latin wines.

The one thing that makes Romeo & Julieta so special is the fact that it is a true “family restaurant”. The owners as well as several of the staff have been there since day one. PS: Best pizza in town!
• El Farallon - This is one-of-a-kind dining in Mexico. Built along the cliffs at The Resort at Pedregal, waves crash so close to the tables you can sometimes feel the spray.
