• Mezcal - The signature restaurant of Montage Los Cabos, in the amazing Twin Dolphin master planned development, sets the bar extraordinarily high when it comes to truly gourmet Mexican cuisine. Under the watchful direction of Chef Alexis Palacios, guests are introduced to a culinary tour through Mexico. One of only a few truly gourmet restaurants located in the tourism corridor to offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. • Toro Latin Kitchen & Bar - The name Toro, meaning, “bull” in Spanish and “tuna belly” in Japanese, sets the stage for specialties seasoned with Pan Latin flair. Overlooking the beautiful surroundings of Punta Ballena, the restaurant serves ceviche bar, small plates for sharing, grilled entrees and an impressive selection of signature cocktails and Latin wines.

• Cocina del Mar (Punta Ballena/ Esperanza) - The newly redesigned Cocina del Mar Restaurant will awaken your sense with coastal Baja culinary artistry in a stunning seaside setting. The one thing that makes Romeo & Julieta so special is the fact that it is a true “family restaurant”. The owners as well as several of the staff have been there since day one. PS: Best pizza in town!

• El Farallon - This is one-of-a-kind dining in Mexico. Built along the cliffs at The Resort at Pedregal, waves crash so close to the tables you can sometimes feel the spray. Known as a romance spot, this is a resort casual restaurant, with a unique tasting menu, featuring fresh, locally caught seafood. • Picaro - Located just 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, in Rancho San Lucas, Pícaro takes destination dining to a whole new level of relaxing. With a peaceful ambience, premium wine and a casual food menu showcasing local produce and flavors inspired by Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. The menu offers both traditional dishes with unique preparations as well as truly inspired one-of-a-kind selections.

True to its name, the newly reimagined Cocina del Mar prepares authentically local, deeply satisfying dishes that celebrate the sea surrounding you on all sides.

It’s a rare fi ed dining experience that inspires lingering past sunset as you feast on locally-sourced Charred Octopus, Seared Scallops and Salt Crusted Totoaba while basking in the rhythm of the waves and the glow of lantern light.
