ZENITH DEFY ZERO G SAPPHIRE Boasting a double tourbillon, this newest Zenith Defy Zero G incorporates a brand fi rst: a gravity control gyroscopic module that enables it to function in zero-gravity environments. This is accomplished by a ffi xing the regulating organ to a gimbal that remains in a fl at position no matter the position of the watch — overcoming the e ff ects of gravity on chronometric precision. A redesigned El Primero manually wound movement and sapphire case allow for viewing of the parts that are seemingly suspended in space. The chronograph times to 1/100th of a second. Artistic accents include a handcrafted meteorite mosaic, aventurine glass and miniature painting. ROLEX GMT MASTER II For the fi rst time ever, Rolex has unveiled the Rolex GMT-Master II that features the crown on the left side of the case instead of the right side. It took some rearranging of the movement to fi t the watch stem on the left and to move the date to 9 o’clock instead of the traditional 3 o’clock position.
