This gin cocktail embodies the sparkle and light of spring, perfectly complementing a weekend brunch table set with an abundance of fresh flowers.

1½ oz gin (Bespoke Spirits House) ¾ oz lemon juice ½ oz honey syrup

¼ elder ower liqueur (Arbutus Distillery) ¼ creme de cassis (Bespoke Spirits House)

Shake rst 5 ingredients over ice

Top with 3 oz sparkling wine (40 Knots Apparition) and garnish with your favourite edible ower
