In this column, I’ll explore strategies to ensure your organization prioritizes resilience without neglecting emerging trends like AI. Cultivate a Long-Term Vision A clear and comprehensive vision is the cornerstone of organi zational resilience. It provides a roadmap which guides decision making, helping leaders distinguish between fleeting trends and enduring strategies. When formulating this vision, consider the core values and strengths of your organization.
