Together the boys showed us that linking went beyond working on an assignment together in class. Linking up meant being a real friend, giving others a word of advice, guidance on where to go next or simply planning your next future step. Relationships are the building blocks for all school, community, and interpersonal connections. Whether you want to organize a pep rally, a festival, a time to hang out with your buddies, or even a college kick off day, teacher and students need to rely on one another and bring these events to life. The idea was to be able to assist freshmen to be successful in their first year of high school and guide them through work, and give them a sense of direction for the future, think of it as tutoring and mentoring the future. Throughout my years that I've taught at Desert Mirage, I have never witnessed a better Senior to Freshman bond, since we also work on character building. Said Mr.Beck as he and Senior Robert Rivera, worked on strategies and future activities t continue on building bonds throughout the school year.

Future Planning

As the beginning of the senior year came,Seniors Mauricio Bravo and Samantha Glenn like many others began to prepare for the next chapter of their lives: college. The college kick off day provided choices from public, Mauricio Bravo said, "I viewed every booth as an opportunity for me, so I walked up to Carreon Foundation and applied for a scholarship." private,liberal arts and also scholarship opportunities.
