Returns Policy 1. Return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. 2. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns unless items are defective, or shipping errors occur. 3. Products that are not considered defective or damaged must be returned in original packaging and must be returned in good, re-saleable condition or credit may not be granted. 4. Defective items and items with shipping errors must be returned within three (3) business days of receipt. Refrigerant Customers Pursuant to the Clean Air Act, only EPA-certified technicians or esellers are permitted to purchase Class 1 (CFC) and Class 2 (HCFC) refrigerants. Customers must provide proof of certification and whe e the purchaser is a company, verify the certificate holder is still employed by the company prior to ordering. Resellers must certify that they will only sell this product to an EPA certified technician or company that employs an EPA certified technician Product Compliance and Suitability Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, codes or regulations, including local building codes, before using or installing any product.
