Free Delivery/Next-Day Delivery Receive your order the next day, Monday through Friday, on most items to most locations when you place your order by 5:00 p.m. local time. FREE FREIGHT on stock orders of $50 or more delivered via local truck delivery network. Stock item orders under $50 are subject to a $7.50 handling fee. Outside of the local truck delivery network, FREE FREIGHT is available on orders of $100 or more, except for items designated hazardous, oversized or heavy. Items designated as containing hazardous material, oversized or heavy can be shipped FREE FREIGHT on orders with merchandise value of $500 or more. Major appliances, ice melts, Factory Direct items, Drop Ship items and certain HVAC items are excluded. Emergency deliveries are available in most locations. Contact your Home Depot Pro sales professional for more information. Certain items are only stocked in regional warehouses. Additional shipping time and charges may be required regardless of order size. We will notify you at the time of purchase if items are stocked outside of your region. Drop Ship Orders & Special Orders All products must be inspected upon delivery, including porcelain, china and cabinetry. Broken items must not be signed for and delivery should be refused. If items cannot be inspected at time of delivery, please sign “pending inspection” on the bill of lading. Customers have 10 days after signing "pending inspection" to notify us of any problems. All Drop-Ship and Special Order returns are subject to vendor-imposed restocking fees (often 25% or higher) plus the cost of freight from and back to the vendor. Returns will not be accepted, unless we are first notified of the eason and the return is approved. It is the responsibility of the customer to file any claims with the carrier if the above p otocol is not followed. The maximum window for Drop-Ship/Special Order return consideration (subject to vendor return policies) is 60 days past invoice date. Returns are not allowed after 60 days from the date of invoicing. Custom products (such as Lasco tubs, bathroom partitions, and custom-cut blinds) are not returnable. Some vendors do not accept returns, so please inquire. All prices are subject to change without notice as a result due to changing market conditions. Additional freight charges may be associated with all drop-ship orders and special orders. Terms are net 30 days upon credit approval for all Drop Ship and Special Orders. Signature Waiver The Home Depot Pro requires a signature be obtained upon delivery as evidence of receipt. A signed waiver must first be equested, received and on file with The Home Depot P o to authorize deliver orders without a signature. The risk of loss of the delivered products shall be borne by customer and customer agrees to hold The Home Depot Pro harmless from all claims for liability and related expenses. Customer further accepts liability for any and all loss or damage to the order after delivery. Pricing Errors & Changes We do our best to publish error-free pricing online and in our printed publications. If errors are found, we correct them as soon as possible. At times, we may also need to change pricing due to market conditions. If pricing errors or changes occur, we will inform you before you place your order. Payment Terms Payment terms are net 30 days (with approved credit) or Prepay In Advance unless otherwise stated. Payments made with a credit card are not eligible for cash discounts. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Back Orders Unshipped merchandise from your original order will be shipped when merchandise is available. Prices and terms on original orders will be in effect on the back order. Tax Information Sales tax applies to the state where an item is being delivered. The Home Depot Pro is registered to collect taxes in all states and the District of Columbia, where applicable. Sales tax will be invoiced unless a state resale certificate is fu nished Damaged Items & Order Shortage Claims Damaged items and order shortages must be reported to Home Depot Pro within three business days of receipt. Please confirm the number of cartons matches your freight bill, note shortages and record any visible signs of damage upon delivery. Open all packages and inspect products for completeness and condition upon delivery.
