THE YOUNG LAWYERS SECTION

The Young Lawyers Section of the CBA commemorated Law Day at an event in Daley Center Plaza featuring speakers reflecting on the law week theme, “Voices of Democracy.” The 2024 Liberty Bell award, recognizing a nonlawyer who works to promote the ideals of justice, liberty, and community responsibility, was presented to Carolyn Faller of Legal Aid Chicago. The Young Lawyers Section held a very successful 2024 Diversity Week in mid-April. The week featured seven educational CLEs and a closing reception at the CBA.
